Pennsylvania iLottery Frequently Asked Questions

The PA iLottery went live with nearly a dozen new games during the month of May, making it the latest form of new gambling in the state that has been launched since the passage of landmark gambling expansion last October.

The Pennsylvania Lottery has been available since 1972 but games have only been live as of May 2024.

“Adding iLottery games, Keno and virtual sports monitor games will help us to remain competitive in a rapidly changing business climate, but lottery games sold at retail will remain the foundation of our business and generate the majority of funds to benefit older Pennsylvanians,” Executive Director Drew Svitko said.
